Processing time
All orders are processed within 4 business days (typically [1–3]). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer — if there's a significant delay, we'll contact you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.
United States    [3–7] business days after processing
Delivery estimates apply after your order has been processed, not from the time you place it. Carriers may also experience delays beyond our control, especially around holidays.

Carriers
We ship via major carriers using discounted postage labels; the carrier shown at checkout is the one that will handle your delivery. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is printed.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. 

Order tracking
A tracking link is included in your shipment confirmation email. If you haven't received one within 4 business days of your order, contact us at info@theauracodex.com.

Damaged or lost packages
The Aura Codex is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll make it right under our Refund Policy. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find the package, first check with neighbors and your carrier's local facility — then contact us and we'll help you file a claim.

Undeliverable and returned-to-sender packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll refund the item cost; reshipping requires a new shipping fee. Please double-check your address at checkout.
