Thank you for shopping at The Aura Codex (theauracodex.com). If you're not happy with your order, we want to make it right. Please read the policy below.

Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return on most items.
To be eligible, items must be:
-Unopened and unused, in their original packaging
-Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
To start a return, email info@theauracodex.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:
-Roll-on perfume and cologne oils
-Any personal-care product that has been used
If one of these arrives damaged or defective, see "Damaged and defective items" below — we'll always make that right.

Damaged and defective items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll replace the item or issue a refund — your choice, subject to availability.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval decision. If approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item) — we'll cover shipping in that case.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return what you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, use the return process above.
